Monte Lee-Wen created Investortours University to share his experience of over $100,000,000 in Commercial Property purchases with people just like you.

Investortours University is a company that runs parallel to Monte's investment company so that we can take what is working this week - helping us buy and manage our current properties - and teach it to you in real time.

Monte Lee-Wen

CEO

Monte Lee-Wen is an experienced investor, entrepreneur, author and educator and CEO of Investortours University.

As a 19 year old struggling college student in Canada, Monte started his own computer servicing company. With tenacity and vision; he turned his company of “one young computer student” into a successful, thriving computer servicing company with multiple corporate accounts and a large work force of “other struggling college students”.

With his successes in Canada, he was recruited by an American company to join their corporate team. He left his Canadian company to his partner, and moved to Washington State in pursuit of the American Dream.

He enjoyed a successful corporate career as a Director of Information Technology. However, he found that corporate America lacked the freedom and creativity that he desired. Despite friend's advice to keep his corporate paycheck, Monte made the leap into Commercial Real Estate investing. As he started out, it took more than ten attempts to close his first deal.

Through trial and error, successes and failures, Monte designed a set of Commercial Property Systems that worked. He continued to educate himself intensely and networked vigorously. Since the failure of his first ten attempts to purchase a Commercial Property, he has never failed to close on a purchase. Since that time he has purchased over $100 million in commercial properties in six different states through his company the Partnered Property Acquisitions Group.

Monte has built up an insider network that gives him access to under the radar properties. He is able to obtain first look at properties that are not available to anyone else. He has also developed a series of unique systems to analyze, assess, and acquire profitable properties. Monte is now paid hundreds of thousands of dollars per transaction for access to his knowledge and proven systems.

Through the creation of Investor Tours University, Monte is bringing his systems experience and knowledge to investors who want to quickly build a Commercial Property Portfolio.He is doing this for two reasons.

Dike Drummond MD

Senior VP of Education

Dike Drummond MD is an experienced Residential and Commercial Real Estate investor, Trainer, Executive Coach and Senior VP of Education for Investortours University.

Dr. Drummond is a board certified Family Practice Doctor and former CEO of a 40 doctor multispecialty medical practice. For the last 10 years he has used his medical skills of diagnosis and treatment as an Executive Coach to a number of business leaders and in his own businesses as a “Serial Entrepreneur”.

Dike built a successful Residential Real Estate company and has gone on to create

The Wellspring Investment Network - a Nationwide Network of Commercial Real Estate Investors and Developers with over 1500 members. The network has provided over $5,000,000 in equity participation in a number of Commercial Property investments in four states to date.

Dr. Drummond has received extensive education in Accelerated Learning Techniques and Training Design and has partnered with Monte Lee-Wen to build Investortours University into the premier source of Commercial Property Investment Training in the United States.

Richard Sorrentino

Executive Director of Education, Sales & Marketing

Richard M Sorrentino is an author and educator with dual degrees in marine engineering and psychology and is the Investortours University Executive Director of Education, Sales & Marketing.

Richard served as a Merchant Marine Officer during the Vietnam War. He traveled extensively and circumnavigated the globe to experience many different cultures and people. A former CEO of a successful contract artist corporation, he is additionally recognized as a published therapist in private practice.

He is an active member of the leadership team in the PPA Group and an advocate of content-based learning for the entrepreneur. Richard is responsible for coursework, subscription services and educational products at Investortours University. He is teaming with Monte and Dike to build the premier source of Commercial Property Investment Training in the United States.

Richard's mission is to build relationships that create consistent opportunity, enriching the education of investors by enabling them to achieve successes of their definition.
