We have gone on to successfully acquire, operate, and exit commercial real estate projects in a number of diverse markets in six different states across the US. We have participated in over $600M in Commercial Property transactions to date and our own portfolio tops $250M in value.   We have repositioned properties under extremely difficult conditions including the recent collapse in commercial lending and the nationwide economic recession.   Despite these tough times, we have grown our operations to the point where we were even able to form our own internal property management operation. We currently own and manage several thousand apartment units and manage several thousand more for other investors.   We utilize the best property management, accounting and investment management systems in the industry.   Starting with a one person operation, we have grown to a staff of over 80 employees in our home office in Austin, Texas and around the country. This includes a large internal team of expert property analysts, attorneys, accountants and asset and property managers who are all trained in our unique methods of purchasing and managing commercial property. Our transactions have been reported in articles from Globe St., The Dallas Morning News, the Austin Business Journal, Crittenden, CoStar, the Waco Tribune-Herald and others.   AND ... Inc. And believe us when we say that none of this came easily … We've made every conceivable mistake along the way from that first 40 unit apartment building to our current level of success. This whole company started as a part-time business of our CEO, Monte Lee-Wen while he had a full-time job as an IT professional. And ... if truth be told ... back in the beginning we even failed to close on each one of the first ten properties we put in escrow. Now that is a whole LOT of Learning!
